Hide and Seek

Last updated 25 August 2026 · com.DudeStudios.HideNSeek

In short

Hide and Seek collects no personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and no profile. Nothing about you leaves your device.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the Android game Hide and Seek (com.DudeStudios.HideNSeek), published on Google Play by Akaash Garg. It does not cover any other app, website, or service.

Information the game collects

None. The game asks for no personal information, and there is no server of mine for it to be sent to. No name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or account of any kind is requested or recorded.

Progress, settings, and preferences are written to your device's local storage so the game can remember where you left off. That data stays on your device, is never transmitted to me, and is removed when you uninstall the game.

Children's privacy

The game is rated for ages 3 and up. It participates in the Google Play Families Policy. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included — the game collects none from any player. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through this game, contact me at dev@akaashgarg.com and I will look into it.

Permissions

The game requests only what Android needs in order to run it. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or personal files.

Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.

Data retention and deletion

Since nothing is collected, there is nothing held about you to retain, export, or delete. Uninstalling the game removes the locally stored progress and settings from your device. If you have a question about your data, email me and I will answer it.

Distribution

The game is distributed through Google Play. Your download, purchase, and account activity on the store are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy, which is separate from this one.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, this page changes with them, and the "last updated" date at the top will say so. Continued use of the game after an update means the revised policy applies.
