Rush Hour
Last updated 25 August 2026 · com.AkaashGarg.Faster
In short
Rush Hour collects no personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and no profile. The only data that leaves your device goes to Unity Ads, which serves the ads in the game.
Who this covers
This policy applies to the Android game Rush Hour (com.AkaashGarg.Faster), published on
Google Play by Akaash Garg. It does not cover any other app, website, or service.
Information the game collects
None. The game asks for no personal information, and there is no server of mine for it to be sent to. No name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or account of any kind is requested or recorded.
Progress, settings, and preferences are written to your device's local storage so the game can remember where you left off. That data stays on your device, is never transmitted to me, and is removed when you uninstall the game.
Advertising
Rush Hour is supported by ads served through Unity Ads. To deliver those ads and limit how often the same one is shown, Unity Ads may process technical information from your device — including the Android Advertising ID, device and connection details, and your interactions with the ads themselves. That processing is governed by the Unity Ads privacy policy for players, not by this one.
Ads cannot be switched off inside the game, but you can limit personalised ones. Tap the Data Privacy icon shown on an ad to reach Unity Ads's own controls, and reset or delete your Android Advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads to stop it being linked to earlier ad activity.
Children's privacy
The game is rated for ages 3 and up. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included — the game collects none from any player. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through this game, contact me at support@akaashgarg.com and I will look into it.
Permissions
The game requests only what Android needs in order to run it, plus network access to fetch ads. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or personal files.
Sharing
I do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties, because none is collected in the first place. Unity Ads operates inside the app under its own privacy policy, as described above; I receive nothing about you from it beyond aggregate delivery statistics.
Data retention and deletion
Since nothing is collected, there is nothing held about you to retain, export, or delete. Uninstalling the game removes the locally stored progress and settings from your device. If you have a question about your data, email me and I will answer it.
Distribution
The game is distributed through Google Play. Your download, purchase, and account activity on the store are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy, which is separate from this one.
Changes to this policy
If the game's data practices change, this page changes with them, and the "last updated" date at the top will say so. Continued use of the game after an update means the revised policy applies.
