Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation – The words with initial capitalization have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Akaash Garg.

  • Services refer to the work, consultation, or any digital deliverables provided by Us.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • Website refers to Akaash Garg, accessible from https://akaashgarg.com.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with order cancellations. You are entitled to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order, you are eligible for a 100% refund, provided that no work has commenced.

  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of placing the order, a 50% refund will be issued, unless the work has been substantially completed.

  • If a service agreement is signed stating the service is non-refundable, the cancellation will not be possible.

To request a cancellation, You must inform Us in writing via email at dev@akaashgarg.com. We will review your request and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

 

Refund Policy

We prioritize client satisfaction and offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If We fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to reasons attributable to Us, You are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • If the delivered service does not meet the specifications agreed upon in writing, and We are unable to rectify the issue, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the discrepancy.

  • If You request a refund within 7 days of service delivery, and no substantial modifications have been made, a 50% refund will be considered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.

  • Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness, incomplete requirements, or lack of cooperation.

  • Services already rendered, including consulting, development, or any digital deliverables.

  • Technical limitations on the client’s side that prevent proper implementation.

  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or third-party software issues.

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Modification of Services and Policy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice. We may also update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
